VendoNordic is a sales consultancy firm that helps companies increase their sales by matching them with qualified sales professionals. We offer our consultants freedom, operational support, and compensation that reflects your performance—without unnecessary administration or micromanagement.

As we expand and take on more assignments, we are now looking for experienced sales consultants in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

The Role

As a sales consultant at VendoNordic, you work on a freelance basis with a varied flow of assignments within both telemarketing and field sales. You plan your own daily schedule and take full responsibility for your results, with our support backing you up.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and develop customer relationships via phone and in-person meetings.
  • Independently plan and structure your workday.
  • Adapt sales techniques and communication style to the industry and customer.
  • Continuous reporting and dialogue with VendoNordic.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with at least 1–2 years of documented sales experience within B2B, field sales, or telemarketing. You are goal-oriented, structured, and business-minded with strong relationship-building skills. You speak and write fluent Swedish and are based in Stockholm or Gothenburg with the surrounding area. You have your own company with F-tax status or invoice through an approved invoicing agency.

Compensation

Our assignments vary and offer different compensation models depending on the nature of the assignment:

  • Pure Commission: Higher earning potential directly linked to your performance.
  • Base Salary: Fixed compensation for certain assignments.
  • Base Salary + Commission: A combination model with a secure base and a variable component.

We match you with the model that best suits your goals and profile.
