Located on Brännö, an island in the southern archipelago of Gothenburg, lies Brännö Värdshus. You reach the inn by boat via the archipelago ferry service. The inn offers numerous events and activities, most notably live music every month, year-round. The proximity to Gothenburg and the city's popularity as a tourist destination mean that many of our guests come from all corners of the world. Our restaurant has 40 seats, and our open-air pavilion can accommodate just over 100 guests. Here we host music events, parties, weddings, and conferences. In the summer, our large, lovely outdoor terrace is filled with island residents and summer visitors. The inn also operates Pensionat Baggen, which has 9 rooms and 19 beds.

Accommodation can be arranged. There is also the possibility of private parking on Saltholmen. We need to expand and complement our team with an independent and driven a la carte chef—perhaps you are the one we are looking for!

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious chef with at least 3 years of documented experience and professional culinary training.

You naturally love food, drinks, people, and service, and you feel pride when you can give the guest "that little extra" every day.

We are a tight-knit team that encourages and helps each other, all for the sake of our guests having a great time with us.

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious chef for both hot and cold kitchens, working 2–4 days a week. You will work closely with our head chef. As a person, you are energetic, positive, and ambitious about learning and developing yourself and your craft together with us here at the inn. We always strive for the guest to feel good, to be pampered and cared for in a relaxed manner by eating really good food and receiving friendly service. The tasks involve producing well-prepared food in a unique and inspiring environment where fish and shellfish make up a significant part of the menu. Initially, the work is mostly scheduled for weekends. Otherwise, standard kitchen duties.
