All employees perform all tasks at our facilities, which makes the work very fun and varied. A workday can include customer service, price labeling, inventory, as well as receiving and unpacking goods. As a store sales assistant, your main tasks will be:
- Actively engage in customer service – we want to provide all customers with first-class service.
- Sell high-quality building materials at the best price on the market.
- Maintain order in the premises and ensure shelves are always well-stocked.
- Pick timber, conduct inventory, handle deliveries, and price label goods to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist in measuring and counting customers' goods.
Qualifications:
- An interest in renovation and construction, retail, and customer service.
- Motivated by sales and exceeding customer expectations.
- Valid Category B driver's license.
- Ability to measure and count customers' goods without hindrance.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and ability to communicate in English.
- Available to work during the facility's opening hours.
- Capable of upholding and working according to our values.
Desirable personal qualities:
- Service-oriented – a desire to work in service and a passion for sales.
- Fast, efficient, responsive, flexible – qualities that contribute to a good customer experience.
- Responsible – for your own development and the facility's success – with a "team before self" mindset.
- Driven and engaged with the facility.
- Capable of working independently and being self-motivated.
- Accustomed to taking initiative and seeing what needs to be done.
- Eager to learn new things.
Other:
- Experience in construction, retail, and customer service is an advantage.
- Forklift experience is an advantage.
- Forklift training and driving permits are provided internally at the facility.
Working hours:
- According to the facility's opening hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- This is a fixed-term position starting from 2026-06-22 and ending 2027-09-30.
