Posti is currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, a self-motivated and quality-conscious individual with experience in preparatory work within the automotive industry. Our client specializes in advanced vehicle restoration, handling everything from standard vehicles to more specialized and exclusive models. The operation is characterized by high quality standards, modern working methods, and a strong focus on meticulous craftsmanship.

About the Role

You will be working on various preparatory tasks prior to painting and finishing vehicles. The role requires good material knowledge, experience with practical workshop work, and the ability to deliver consistent quality results.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Surface preparation and processing of body parts
• Sanding and adjusting the substrate
• Puttying and minor body corrections
• Masking and protection prior to further treatment
• Quality control of finished surfaces and details

The work is performed both independently and in collaboration with other colleagues in the production team.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in vehicle preparation, bodywork, or similar practical work
• Is detail-oriented with a keen eye for finish
• Can work in a structured and efficient manner at a high pace
• Has experience taking responsibility for quality in every step of the work
• Is flexible and solution-oriented
• Is open to relocating for the position

Previous experience in accident repair shops, paint preparation, or similar environments is highly advantageous.
