Responsibilities

With the world as your workplace, you are responsible for establishing and recruiting new Master Franchisees globally, as well as franchisees in Sweden. You will manage advertising across various media and platforms, conduct interviews, draft agreements, and provide startup support and ongoing assistance to new Master Franchisees, ensuring they adhere to our standards, processes, and systems. You will collaborate closely with our International Sales Managers and our Swedish Sales Director, and also process customers/stores in Sweden.

Who we are looking for

You have extensive sales experience with documented sales results and a background in sales leadership. You are result- and goal-oriented, highly driven, energetic, resilient under pressure, and independent.

• You are goal-oriented with strong self-drive.
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
• You enjoy traveling and thrive while on the road.

Experience in franchising or distributor systems is considered an asset.
