ICA Fastigheter is one of Sweden's largest real estate companies within retail and one of Sweden's largest commercial tenants. Our overarching mission is to secure ICA's long-term need for the right premises in the right locations. With food and meals as a given starting point and our strong brand as a foundation, we at ICA have a unique opportunity to create vibrant, sustainable places and destinations where people thrive, shop, live, work, and operate. For us, the buildings themselves are not the most important thing; it is the life within and around them. However, buildings are our starting point when we create new and better conditions for a good life. Read more about ICA Fastigheter at www.icafastigheter.se and ICA Group at www.icagruppen.se.
ICA Fastigheter is looking for a Technical Systems Coordinator
Do you believe that buildings can make a real difference? ICA Fastigheter knows they can. When ICA builds and develops stores, vibrant places are created that make everyday life easier for many people. The building is the hub, but it is the life in and around the store that is at the center.
ICA Fastigheter works long-term with sustainable and modern solutions for both retail and logistics buildings throughout Sweden.
ICA Fastigheter is looking for a Technical Systems Coordinator who will establish and develop a sustainable and structured system management for business-critical technical systems within property operations, energy, security, and OT/SCADA.
The role ensures clear ownership, standardized working methods, and quality in the handover from project to management.
About the role
As a Technical Systems Coordinator, you have a coordinating and steering function where you act as an internal hub between technology, IT, security, project, and management. The role supports property management and is responsible for creating structure and quality in the management of technical systems within both logistics and retail buildings.
The role does not involve operational maintenance or commercial system ownership responsibility.
The position is located in Solna, and travel is included in the role.
Main responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and follow up on system management plans for prioritized technical systems (SCADA/BMS, access control, cameras, energy systems, etc.).
- Establish clear system ownership, RACI, and lifecycle management.
- Act as a cohesive function for technical systems between management, project, IT, and suppliers.
- Define requirements for our systems, integrations, and their data quality, especially energy data flows from meters to higher-level systems.
- Coordinate incident, change, and improvement processes related to system management.
- Structure and follow up on suppliers from a system, contract, and risk perspective.
- Collaborate with Risk & Security/IT on issues related to OT and cyber security without owning the security responsibility.
- Contribute to compliance with regulations and audits, such as NIS2 and internal audit.
- Work to keep SCADA environments user-friendly and secure, and ensure that servers and functions are maintained.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with experience in technical property management or system-related roles within the real estate industry, who thrives in a coordinating role with many contact surfaces. You have good system understanding and see the connections between technical systems and IT environments.
- Post-secondary education in property technology, automation, energy, electrical, HVAC, or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
- Several years of experience in technical property management, technical coordination, or system management within the real estate industry.
- Experience with SCADA/BMS, technical property systems, or OT environments is an advantage.
- Good teamwork skills and the ability to drive structure and development in complex environments.
