Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who have a solid background in accounting and financial transformation, preferably from property, energy, or infrastructure-intensive operations where work with asset registers and component depreciation has been a central part of the role.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Several years of experience in qualified accounting and financial control
- Extensive experience working with asset registers and component depreciation
- Experience in improvement and transformation projects within finance and accounting
- Experience with complex international reporting and mapping structures
- Experience in independently building up and quality-assuring accounting processes
- Very good knowledge of the K3 regulations
- Experience with Dynamics and Power BI
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Furthermore, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and confident in working independently without the need for close supervision.
What does the role involve?
In the role, you will have a central function in improving and streamlining accounting structures and economic processes within the business. The assignment has a clear focus on improvement measures rather than routine accounting tasks, meaning you will drive initiatives that currently take too much time and resources from the existing team. You will work closely with the finance function in Stockholm and international contacts within the organization.
A major focus will be on ensuring quality and structure in the asset registers related to the company's power plants, as well as improving processes and functionality in Dynamics and reporting structures.
Tasks include, for example:
- Ensuring that remaining legacy-related issues are identified and addressed
- Driving improvements and streamlining in Dynamics
- Building up and quality-assuring asset registers according to K3 standards
- Responsible for dividing asset registers per power plant and component
- Driving improvements in reporting structure and mapping processes
- Ensuring quality and efficiency in international reporting
- Supporting the business in the event of structural changes and company mergers.
After the first six months, you are expected to have contributed to creating clear and sustainable improvements in accounting structures, streamlined work processes, and ensured that the asset registers maintain a high and quality-assured standard.
The assignment is a consultancy position starting after the summer and initially lasting for approximately six months. This recruitment process includes background checks that compile previous public criminal records and financial credit information. Interested?
