About the Role

As a Preparer with a focus on technical documentation, you will play a central role in planning and preparing tasks, ensuring that all necessary technical information is accurate and accessible. You will work closely with both technical teams and project managers to drive efficient processes and contribute to the success of projects.

Responsibilities

The role involves planning and preparing work tasks, as well as creating and maintaining technical documentation, supported by the SAP system. You are responsible for ensuring that information is accurate and accessible to support efficient workflows.

• Plan and prepare maintenance and installation work.
• Create and update technical drawings and descriptions.
• Manage material orders and inventory status in SAP.
• Ensure documentation meets current standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with technicians and project managers for optimal workflow.
• Identify and implement improvements in preparation processes.
• Perform quality assurance of technical information.

We are looking for someone who

• Has work experience working with the SAP system.
• Has a good ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Has a structured and meticulous work approach.
• Has very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience in similar preparation work within industry or engineering.
• Good understanding of process optimization and efficiency.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards for documentation.
