Do you want to work in an international and customer-focused environment where technology and service are at the center? We are now looking for a Customer Service Support Operator for one of our clients' offices in Malmö.

About the role

Together with your colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for the company's customers via phone and email. You will help register service cases, coordinate service orders, and ensure that the correct technical team receives the right information to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.

The role involves both customer contact and administrative tasks in close collaboration with internal and external parties.

This is a consultancy assignment starting immediately until the turn of the year 2026/2027. You will be employed by us at The Place and work at the client's site. For the right person, there is also a chance of extension. Working hours, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.

Your responsibilities

• Receive customer cases via phone and email
• Register and handle service orders
• Coordinate cases with technical teams
• Handle complaints and customer inquiries
• Ensure high customer service and quick feedback
• Participate in improvement work and new processes

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in customer service, service desk, or call center
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and structured
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
• Can work independently and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite

Previous experience with larger organizations or change management is advantageous.
