Your role with us

As an appointment setter, you will become a key part of our clients' sales efforts. You will be responsible for booking qualified meetings, building relationships, and creating valuable contacts via both phone and email.

You will work on varied projects, using our CRM system to plan, follow up, and ensure quality in every interaction. Within the team, we work closely together — focusing on energy, collaboration, and shared goals.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have strong drive, a positive mindset, and a desire to develop. The phone is a central tool in daily work, so it is important that you feel comfortable taking the initiative and making calls. You enjoy working towards clear goals and thrive in an environment with a fast pace and clear structure.

You have:

• Good communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written)
• The ability to build trust in conversations and establish long-term relationships
• Genuine engagement and a willingness to perform

Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus — but most importantly, we value your personality and ambition to succeed in your role.

Understanding of Norwegian is seen as an asset, but is not a requirement.

What we offer

• Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period
• Working hours: Mon–Thu 8:00–16:00 | Fri 8:00–15:00
• Fixed base salary + commission
