About the Role of Operations Planner

In the role of Operations Planner, you take a key position in Ellevio's electricity grid. You become a vital link between planning, contractors, and customers, where your expertise contributes to both quality and delivery security. Here, you get the opportunity to work in a modern environment where development is in focus. The electricity industry is currently undergoing a highly exciting development, where customers take a more active role and where collaboration with renewable production, storage solutions, and flexibility becomes increasingly important.

In Operations Planning, you work with reviewing and ensuring that maintenance work and commissioning of investment projects in our grids are carried out in a safe and correct manner. You coordinate work performed by other grid owners or electricity suppliers that affects our grid. You prepare the written precedent used by our contractors when the work is to be performed. An important part of our customer care is informing Ellevio's customers about upcoming outages. The role also involves extensive collaboration with other teams and departments within Ellevio, as well as with our contractors.

What it takes for you to fit and thrive in the role

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to enjoy having many social contacts and working together in teams. You are analytical and have a structured methodology in your work approach, planning and organizing your work well. Great emphasis is placed on personality.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education with a technical focus, in electrical power engineering, energy and environment, electronics, or equivalent work experience.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious competencies:

• A few years of relevant work experience from similar operations.
• Knowledge of electricity production, transmission, distribution, or energy flows.
• Knowledge of ESA.
