HSEQ Coordinator for Leading Industrial Project in Stockholm

We are currently looking for an experienced and driven HSEQ Coordinator for an exciting and comprehensive industrial project in Stockholm. This role is perfect for you who have solid experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) and thrive in a complex project environment with a fast pace and many interfaces.

About the Role

As an HSEQ Coordinator, you will play a key role in the project organization by ensuring structured and proactive work regarding occupational health, safety, environment, and quality during both the planning and execution phases.

You will work closely with project management, HSEQ functions, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance, monitoring, and continuous improvements within the project.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Manage and structure documentation in project systems
  • Monitor HSEQ KPIs and reporting
  • Identify deviations, risks, and areas for improvement
  • Plan and follow up on safety rounds and safety inspections
  • Ensure procedures for incident management and risk assessments
  • Coordinate HSE training for project members and contractors
  • Plan and conduct internal HSEQ audits
  • Monitor quality and environmental requirements in the project
  • Ensure follow-up on NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with various specialist functions within the project

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 7–10 years of experience in HSEQ, quality, or occupational health in large construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects
  • Good understanding of Swedish occupational health and safety legislation
  • Experience with audits, monitoring, and quality work
  • Experience in occupational health work within industrial or construction projects
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
