About Us
Are you a district nurse or registered nurse, preferably with several years of primary care experience, and do you want to contribute to and develop our excellent and accessible primary care? We welcome you to apply for the position at our centre in Mariefred!
We are a friendly and well-functioning region-run health centre with a good working atmosphere. The number of registered patients is growing, and we now have close to 11,000 patients. Therefore, we need another colleague at the clinic.
Here we work closely together, both within our own professional group and together with other professions. Everything is done to ensure the best possible care for our registered patients. Today, there are 10 nurses at the clinic. In our group, we have several specialists, and many have long experience in the profession. The work group has a good atmosphere, and we help each other with both big and small matters. As a health centre located further from the hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of medical issues.
Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include collaboration with other professions regarding simple and more complex conditions, clinical assessments, and interventions.
We work in multidisciplinary teams with regular rounds. You will also make independent assessments, examine patients, and triage to the correct level of care. All nurses and district nurses assist with the daily inflow in TeleQ.
Here we strive for generalist competence, as the breadth of our area of responsibility is large, but there is also room to specialize in a specific area.
We staff the primary care emergency service in Strängnäs for occasional weekend shifts, approx. 2–3 shifts/year.
Our documentation system is Cosmic.
Your Qualifications
- You are a licensed nurse/district nurse.
