I am looking for a new personal assistant and wonder if you want to contribute to a safe and meaningful everyday life – together with me?

The position includes scheduled shifts with flexibility to adjust the scope based on your preferences. Working hours vary between day, evening, night, and weekends. Currently, there is a specific need for someone who can work awake night shifts as needed.

A little about me: I live in southern Stockholm, close to both the subway and bus. My daily life is active and includes working at the JAG center and engagement in the JAG association. I enjoy staying active.

For me, assistance is about more than practical support – it is the interaction that makes the difference. When it works, it creates an everyday life with security, development, and joy.

Who are you? You are a present and attentive person who sees the whole picture in every situation and likes to take responsibility. I am looking for someone who identifies with the description: positive, solution-focused, and comfortable working closely with another human being.

I would appreciate it if you:

• Have experience with AAC and sign language (TAKK/TSP), or are willing to learn.
• Want to be an active support in my communication, including via my eye-tracking computer.
• Have experience in personal assistance, preferably also with self-care.
• Enjoy active work and have good physical fitness (I use a wheelchair in daily life but also walk often with your support).
• Are practical, enjoy assisting me with cooking, and are organized.

Working hours: For those who can work slightly more hours per week, shifts will be planned according to a four-week schedule with varying times, for example:

• 07:30/08:30–15:00/16:00
• 13:00–21:00

I am also open to you applying if you want to work extra as needed on an hourly basis, preferably night shifts (20:45-07:45/8:45).

Start date: Immediately or as agreed.

About the recruitment process: We contact interesting candidates on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. As part of our recruitment process, we always conduct a background check via Fortcheck, which is sent to you as a candidate via email and SMS. The background check is conducted entirely on your terms – you perform the check yourself and receive the results. You then choose whether to forward the information to us or cancel.
