We are now looking for an engaged International Case Worker for a fixed-term position over the summer at our Study Administration and Mobility unit on campus Ultuna.

About the job

As an International Case Worker, you will be involved in several tasks within the SLU mobility team. The following tasks are examples of what may be included in the role:

• Process and report applications related to student and staff mobility.
• Inform, communicate, and provide service to incoming exchange students and outgoing SLU students.
• Inform, communicate, and provide service to SLU's faculties and departments.
• Staff the phone/drop-in desk and answer emails.

The position is a fixed-term employment.

Your background

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience with Erasmus+.
• An academic degree, at least at the bachelor's level.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To succeed in the role, we believe you:

• Have a well-developed sense of service and good communication skills.
• Find it easy to take on new tasks.
• Are meticulous and structured.
• Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others.

About us

The Department of Student and Educational Support is a department within the university's administrative support. We are responsible for administrative and supportive activities that primarily concern student and educational issues. Most of our employees are located on campus Ultuna, but the department also has staff at SLU's other main campuses in Alnarp and Umeå, as well as Skara.

We are 15 people at the Study Administration and Mobility unit, and we primarily work with admissions, graduation, tuition fees, mobility, scholarships, and credit recognition.
