About the role

In the role of power grid project engineer, you will work with the reconstruction and development of existing power grids. You will become part of an experienced team where you will be gradually introduced to the tasks based on your level of experience, with the aim of eventually driving your own projects more independently.

Responsibilities

The work involves designing, calculating, and driving projects within power grids and energy distribution, with a focus on reconstruction, new construction, and energy transition.

• Design reconstruction and new construction projects within power grids and energy distribution
• Prepare drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
• Drive projects through to investment decisions and ensure correct implementation
• Work on solutions related to the energy transition, such as electrification and renewable energy

We are looking for someone who

• Has a university degree in energy or power systems, or a power systems engineering degree from a university college combined with relevant experience
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, as this is required for documentation and communication

Previous work experience as a project engineer or experience working on projects related to electricity and energy distribution is considered an asset.
