We are looking for someone who wants to take clear operational responsibility for our sales in Gothenburg – with a focus on increasing presence with customers, driving business forward, and developing both the team and customer relationships.

About the role

In this role, you have operational responsibility for the daily business and sales, while simultaneously leading and developing a small sales team. You act as a key person in creating structure, increasing activity levels, and ensuring that we remain relevant and present with our customers.

The role involves close collaboration with the Depot Manager, where business responsibility is shared – you drive and develop daily business and customer relationships, while the overall responsibility remains with the Depot Manager.

The focus is on strengthening our market position in Gothenburg through a more proactive and business-driven approach.

Your main tasks

  • Lead and develop the daily work in the sales team (3 salespeople and 1 project manager)
  • Drive sales with a clear focus on activity, customer contact, and business closure
  • Responsible for and develop key accounts
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers
  • Ensure high customer presence – both on-site at projects and at the office
  • Drive and coordinate the tender process from start to finish
  • Ensure the right setup in deals and sell holistic solutions
  • Monitor the market, upcoming projects, and customer needs
  • Actively work to increase structure, clearer business drive, and higher activity levels

About you

You are a business-driven and relationship-building person who thrives in an operational role close to the customer. You get things done, build trust quickly, and have the ability to combine pace with structure.

You are a natural leader who drives both yourself and others forward, and you are motivated by creating results through activity, presence, and clear business focus. A valid B-driver's license is required.

We believe you have

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within construction, contracting, or rental
  • Experience working close to customers and driving business from start to finish
  • Strong ability to create and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Experience leading teams
  • A strong personal drive and a results-oriented work style
  • Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)

Meritorious experience

  • Experience with tenders, quotation work, and negotiations
  • Experience with Key Account Management (KAM) for large customers
