Your Responsibilities

In your role as a teaching assistant (lärarvikarie) with us at Clockwork, you will create meaningful and understandable contexts for children and young people in the school world. The duration of assignments may vary, as may the type of school. We work with both municipal and independent schools, giving you the opportunity to expand your network and gain experience from various operations. With us, you gain valuable experience for your future profession while studying. Several of our assignments extend over a longer period, which can subsequently lead to direct employment at the school.

Your Profile

You are studying to become a preschool teacher, primary school teacher, or subject teacher, and you see the benefits of working in the school world while studying. You adapt easily to new things and get to know new environments. You tailor your teaching to children, young people, and students with different prerequisites and backgrounds. As an employee with us, you will have close and personal contact with your consultant manager. All consultant managers at Clockwork Staffing & Recruitment have a background as teachers or preschool teachers, meaning you can receive support and guidance on pedagogical and didactic questions.
