From our headquarters and production facility in Sollentuna, we deliver to customers across a range of industries – both in Sweden and internationally. As we continue to grow, we are now strengthening our team with a Delivery Coordinator/Production Planner.

The Role in Brief

You will be the hub between sales, procurement, production, and logistics. Your mission is to plan, prioritize, and follow up on the order flow from confirmed customer orders to final delivery.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence production orders in close collaboration with the Production Manager and Team Leader.
• Ensure material availability through close dialogue with procurement and warehousing.
• Coordinate deliveries and monitor delivery status.
• Daily management: lead/participate in pulse meetings, handle rescheduling when conditions change.
• Monitor delivery precision, capacity utilization, and lead times; initiate corrective actions.
• Act as the contact point for sales/support regarding delivery updates and priorities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within planning and logistics processes.

Who Are You?

• Several years of experience in production planning, logistics coordination, or outbound logistics in manufacturing.
• Proficient in business systems/planning tools (e.g., ERP/MRP) and Excel.
• Understanding of material flows, capacity planning, and basic LEAN principles.
• Accustomed to cross-functional work and making decisions at a fast pace.
• Excellent command of Swedish (written and spoken) and good proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from assembly/manufacturing of customized products.
• Knowledge of freight booking, export documentation, and customs handling.
• Experience with Monitor or similar ERP systems.
• Post-secondary education in logistics/production or equivalent work experience.
