In the autumn of 2026, Stockholm will welcome a new culinary and meeting destination: Stockholm View, located in a modern building at Tegelbacken 4. This state-of-the-art building, with its central location, offers one of Stockholm's most beautiful views with the City Hall and Rosenbad as a backdrop. Sabis will operate the restaurant, events, café & bar, and conference facilities under the brand Stockholm View.
About Stockholm View
Stockholm View is the city's new culinary and meeting destination. The facility includes 36 conference rooms of varying sizes, an auditorium, restaurant, café, catering department, and facility management for the building's tenants. The meeting rooms feature top-tier technical equipment, and the kitchen is well-sized for the operations.
About the Role
Do you want to help develop a cold kitchen where quality, taste, and craftsmanship are at the center? We are now looking for an employee to take responsibility for the cold kitchen at Stockholm View. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef and be a key part of the daily operations, development, and planning of the business. The position reports to the Head Chef, and the unit is led by the General Manager.
Together with the Head Chef, you will be responsible for daily purchases, menu planning, and staffing for the cold kitchen, ensuring that production maintains high quality and is delivered on time.
The operations are broad and varied, with a large catering department for in-house catering, a bakery/pastry section, a lunch restaurant, conference catering, as well as dinners and events. Here we are looking for you who appreciate bold, deep flavors and feel confident in classic craftsmanship.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in similar operations and thrive in a role with both operational responsibilities and creative elements. You have a strong sense of service and quality and understand the importance of creating a positive experience for guests and colleagues.
As a person, you are cheerful, positive, and receptive. You are flexible, meticulous, and easy to collaborate with. You are creative in your work and are happy to contribute new ideas while maintaining structure and an eye for detail.
It is an advantage if you have experience from larger conference facilities and a developed interest and knowledge in baking.
