SEO Specialist

You think the title is way too long. And you wonder why we haven't written a clearer H1 here in the job description. Perhaps you also have 3–5 years of experience as an SEO specialist (you appreciate that we managed to fit a keyword in naturally here) in your bag? And maybe you want to take clear responsibility for some clients' organic visibility?

Great. Then we are looking for exactly you.

Here is what we know about you (apart from the fact that you think it would be good if we got the keyword "SEO Specialist" in here too):

You have worked with SEO for a few years, preferably at an agency. You are curious, solution-oriented, and confident in your craft. And yes, you certainly like bullet points. So here comes one with a few things you bring with you:

• Very good understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and content
• Experience working strategically, not just operationally
• Strong analytical skills and habit of working data-driven
• Good understanding of how SEO interacts with SEM, CRO, and content
• Experience with SEM / Google Ads
• Familiarity with relevant SEO tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar)
• A structured way of working and clear sense of responsibility

Here is what your new job could look like:

With us, you will have a central role in several client projects. You are responsible for the SEO work – from analysis and strategy to implementation, follow-up, and recommendations.

You work both independently and together with other specialists. In most projects, you have support from project managers, so that you can focus on quality, results, and development.

What else then? What you will do, more concretely? We'll put that in a bullet list too, right?

• Develop SEO strategies and implementation plans
• Conduct technical SEO analyses and provide recommendations
• Work with on-page SEO, content optimization, and structure
• Conduct keyword analyses and competitor analyses
• Follow up, analyze, and report results to the client
• Be a reliable advisor in client dialogues
• Work closely with developers, content specialists, and other channel owners
• Contribute to developing our SEO service and our working methods
• Share your knowledge and support colleagues in the team
