We are currently looking for an experienced and engaged HR Business Partner for an exciting consulting assignment within the automotive and industrial sectors. This role is ideal for you who thrive in a dynamic environment where you can combine operational HR work with change management, coaching, and close collaboration with the business.
In this role, you will support managers in both daily operations and various change initiatives, while contributing structure, advice, and People & Culture expertise. You will become a key partner to the business, working broadly across the HR field together with various stakeholders and leaders.
About the Assignment
- Start: As soon as possible, subject to candidate availability
- Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
- Location: Södertälje, hybrid setup
- Remote Work: Typically up to 2 days per week remote
- Language: Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
People & Culture Business Partnering
- Support managers in both operational HR matters and change work
- Contribute structure and drive change initiatives within the organization
- Build strong relationships and create trust with managers and stakeholders
- Work both independently and in close collaboration with the business
- Coach, educate, and develop leaders on People & Culture-related issues
- Communicate and package messages clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Work broadly across the entire HR/People & Culture area
We are looking for someone who has
- An academic education in HR or equivalent
- Several years of experience in People & Culture/HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner
- Experience supporting both white-collar workers and unionized employees
- Experience working with various HR systems
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
Advantageous Experience
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Previous experience from larger international organizations
- Experience in change management and organizational development
