We are in an expansion phase and are now expanding our cylindrical grinding department to meet increased demand from our customers. Therefore, we are looking for you who want to develop together with us in a modern and technically advanced production environment.

About the position

As a cylindrical grinder with us, you work with grinding and machining of high-precision tools and parts. The work involves significant responsibility for quality and accuracy, where reading drawings, measuring, and machine operation are a natural part of everyday life.

You will work in a varied role where precision, technical knowledge, and problem-solving are in focus. The position offers great opportunities to develop within CNC and grinding technology.

If you lack previous experience in cylindrical grinding, we do not see it as a hindrance. With us, you get a buddy who is responsible for internal training and introduction in the area, so that you get the right conditions to develop in the role.

We are looking for you who:

• Have completed CNC training
• Are meticulous, quality-conscious, and technically interested
• Thrive in a practical and technical environment where problem-solving and development are a natural part of the work
• Have the will and drive to develop together with the company

Meritorious:

• Experience of grinding or cylindrical grinding
• Previous work in the mechanical engineering industry or CNC machining
• Experience in measurement technology and reading drawings
