You barely have time to hang up your coat before someone from the team challenges you to a quick ping pong match. Laughter, encouragement, and a competitive spirit—just the way it should be.

Soon, you gather for the day's kick-off meeting. Your sales manager kicks things off with high energy, presenting a new competition. And the prize? An incredible trip to Palma.

Before heading out for the day, you sharpen your sales skills. It is clear that development is key here, whether you are new to the role or looking to take the next step. You receive concrete tips, feedback, and encouragement from both your manager and colleagues.

Then, it’s time.

You and your team head out to meet clients, book meetings, and present our security solutions.

Throughout the day, you challenge yourself, grow in your role, and notice how you get better with every call. Your manager is there to support, coach, push, and provide feedback that makes you even sharper.

As evening approaches and the day winds down around 21:00, you gather again. You celebrate the day's efforts, review the results, and perhaps you are standing at the top of the leaderboard today.

📍We are looking for you if you

• Can speak and write Swedish at 100% proficiency
• Can work full-time from 12:00–21:00 (this position CANNOT be combined with studies)
• Have a clean criminal record (police certificate)
• Part-time is NOT available
