About the role
As an operational buyer, you are responsible for the daily purchasing work and ensure that materials and components are in the right place at the right time. You will also be involved in analyzing and comparing suppliers to ensure that we choose the most suitable ones based on current needs.

Your work includes among other things:

• Placing and following up on orders
• Delivery monitoring and dialogue with suppliers
• Handling deviations and complaints
• Handling purchasing data in ERP
• Invoice control and follow-up
• Support tactical and strategic purchasing in supplier development and analysis
• Drive process, tool, and flow optimization

Your profile
We are looking for you who are a solution-oriented team player with a strong drive. You view change positively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to work independently and can drive your purchasing flow with a focus on quality and delivery security. You have previous experience handling purchases of both standard components and more complex, customer-specific products. Since the role involves many internal contact surfaces, it is important that you collaborate well and have an easy time building relationships.

Furthermore, we are looking for you who have:

• Experience working with operational/tactical purchasing, preferably in combination with business development
• Relevant post-secondary education or knowledge we assess as equivalent
• Good skills in an ERP system and MS Office
• Experience driving change
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing

Other
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security clearance regulations in effect at any given time.
