Located in the heart of Stockholm, right in the middle of Östermalm, Paraden Kvarterskrog resides in the old cinema building. Here, we serve classic Swedish home cooking and Mediterranean-inspired dishes at reasonable prices with high quality! Our goal is to be the best local neighborhood bistro for both guests and staff.

With our extensive opening hours, we reach out to most people by serving lunch and dinner on weekdays. On weekends, we deliver one of Stockholm's most popular brunches during the day. Our bar serves as an extension of the dining room, where you can have a drink, a light bite, or go all out for a full dinner.

We are an experienced team constantly working to provide the guest with the best possible experience. We always strive to improve what we do, as well as to take care of and maintain what we have.

The Role

As Head Chef, you are the highest authority in the kitchen. You are responsible for your own tasks and for what your kitchen staff do on a daily basis.

Key qualities needed for success include strong leadership skills, good communication skills, and experience in personnel management.

We are looking for someone with creativity and a great interest in food and drink, the ability to understand the bistro's concept, and an appreciation for excellent hospitality.

You are constantly solution-oriented and stress-resistant, a source of joy, with a good understanding of economics for cost control and a drive to work towards continuous economic improvement.

Other

Good knowledge of the Office package, Personalkollen, Bazaro & Ancon is required.
