What does the job entail?

As the Head Banqueter, you have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing all types of banquets and events. You are responsible for leading the service during the event, coaching the team, and ensuring that every guest feels seen, cared for, and slightly spoiled.

A selection of tasks includes:

• Responsibility for the planning and execution of banquets.
• Staff planning, budgeting, and financial follow-up.
• Proactively working with the team to ensure you meet set goals regarding NPS, eNPS, upselling, and other KPIs.
• Ensuring that all departments have correct and relevant information regarding all arrangements well in advance of execution.
• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve routines and processes for both guests and employees, and ensuring they are developed and followed.

Pigalle is a small house, and you have constant close collaboration with the rest of the house, especially the Meeting & Event department. Although the role is based on responsibility for the banquet, you work throughout the Pigalle house, and on days without events, you will follow the restaurant's regular schedule.

• Have a background as a leader in the restaurant industry and have a genuine commitment to people.
• Have previous experience working with banquets.
• Are strong in computer systems and excellent at organizing.
• Have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Are structured, self-initiating, and above all, without ego.
