About the Client Company

Are you an experienced robot welder, or have you recently completed your education and want to take the next step in your career? We are looking for skilled and meticulous individuals who want to work for our client just outside Borås, in an environment where precision, technology, and quality are always in focus.

Job Responsibilities

As a robot welder, you will work with the operation, supervision, and handling of robot welders in production. You are responsible for ensuring that the welding results maintain high quality and work continuously with controls, adjustments, and improvements in the process.

Common tasks include:

• Operation and supervision of robot welders
• Quality control of welded parts
• Reading drawings and working according to technical documentation
• Simple programming and adjustment of robots
• Troubleshooting and optimization of welding processes

Working Hours: 2-shift system, full-time 100%
Location: Just outside Borås
Start Date: According to agreement

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for you who are technically interested, meticulous, and quality-conscious. You thrive in a production environment and find it easy to collaborate while taking responsibility for your own tasks.

We prefer that you:

• Have experience in robot welding or welding work within industry
• Have a good understanding of reading drawings and technical specifications
• Previous experience with programming robot welders is an advantage
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have a driver's license and access to a car

About Us
