About the job

We are now looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team at Willys Örnsköldsvik Svartby, and who can work extra as needed. The perfect job for you who are studying or have another occupation and want to work a bit more. The position essentially means that you contribute to our customers being able to buy good and sustainable food at really good prices.

Position type: Temporary hourly position as needed, primarily for our e-commerce department.

Start date: By agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early morning, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 16 years of age due to the nature of the tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

Here is a bit more about the position:

• Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good.
• You meet our customers with knowledge, attention to detail, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.

About you

You like food, people, and sales as much as we do! For us, it does not matter if you are vegan or a meat enthusiast, eat tacos on a Friday or a Tuesday. The nice thing about you is that you are you. And that is exactly what we are looking for.

• You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or with service, but it is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do the same, it is great!
