About Us
We provide Advanced Home Care (ASIH) in northern Greater Stockholm. We have small but highly functional teams across five different locations. Our teams consist of nurses, doctors, social workers, physiotherapists, dietitians, and occupational therapists. You will work independently at patients' homes, but with the security of having colleagues nearby and accessible.
The Role
As a member of the Resource Team, you will play a vital role in our organization. You will be placed in the various teams at Aleris ASIH North based on need. As a nurse in the Resource Team, you will work in our ASIH teams in Upplands-Väsby, Sollentuna, Täby, Lidingö, and Vällingby. For this flexibility, we offer a generous monthly salary supplement in addition to your base salary. We document in Take Care and use Itacih as our planning tool.

About You:
- You are a registered nurse with at least 2 years of experience from inpatient care, ASIH, or equivalent. Having specialized education (VUB) in palliative care, oncology, geriatrics, or being a District Nurse (DSK) is an advantage but not a requirement.
- You work evidence-based, are professional in your interactions, and prioritize the patient first.
- You are flexible and open to new challenges.
- You are a team player who appreciates working in multidisciplinary teams.
- You enjoy working with new digital methods and AI-based electronic health records.
- You have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- You hold a valid B-driving license (mandatory).
Employment Conditions
Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
Scope: Full-time or as agreed.
Start date: As agreed.
Salary: Individual salary setting. Collective agreement applies.
Other: Standard full-time work week is 37 hours. The schedule involves a mix of day, evening, and night shifts, with weekend duties occurring two out of every five weekends.
