West School is centrally located in Hudiksvall Municipality. Our school offers a primary school (grades F-6), an adapted primary school (grades 1-6), and an after-school center. Responsibilities

We are now looking for a certified teacher for grades F-3, 4-6, or F-6 with qualifications to teach MA (Swedish), NO (Science), and ENG (English) at 100% to West School's primary school. As a teacher with us, you will be responsible for planning and conducting teaching, as well as assessing students' knowledge development in these subjects. At West School, we work with at least two teaching mentors in each class, and mentorship is included in this position. You will also collaborate with other educators to support students in reaching their full potential in their knowledge development.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a teaching degree with qualifications to teach MA, NO, and ENG. Previous experience working with students within NPF (Neurodevelopmental Function Disorders) is considered meritorious. As a person, you are self-reliant, relationship-building, and clear in your leadership. You adapt easily to changed circumstances and see opportunities in changes. We would like you to have good leadership skills and be able to create engagement and participation among students. Furthermore, you are outgoing and have a good ability to establish and maintain contact and relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Interviews will be held continuously during the recruitment process, and employment may take place before the last application day.

About the Administration

We teach children to read, calculate, and discover the world around them. Here, we follow our youngest residents from preschool until they graduate from high school. Through our adult education, one can learn Swedish as a second language, take individual courses, or pursue a longer education. With joy, engagement, participation, and on a scientific basis, we want to increase knowledge, creativity, development, and the desire to learn.
