Coachgruppen is a provider for the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) for the "Rusta och matcha" initiative, and we also handle a number of various municipal labor market assignments. Over the past few years, we have been one of the most effective providers for the Employment Service. Our task is to guide job seekers into employment or studies in a targeted and individualized manner. Since our founding in 2014, we have grown organically and today we have 11 offices in Stockholm, Uppsala, and Enköping. We are now in need of additional career coaches around Stockholm (we have offices in Huddinge, Nacka, Globen, Slussen, City, Sollentuna, and Väsby). We are looking for you who are problem-solving, structured, and trust-building.

Coachgruppen is an agile organization with a corporate culture characterized by high engagement. Everyone we help has different needs for support, which makes the work varied and engaging. In your role, you will primarily guide job seekers during individual meetings, but also practically assist with tasks such as drafting application documents and leading group activities. Your role also includes ongoing administration and making contact with companies to match your participants with job opportunities. We prefer that you have experience driving independent processes and dealing with people from diverse backgrounds. We believe that you may have previously worked in recruitment, day activities, as a career and study counselor, or in some form of case management.

We are looking for you with a university-level education, at least 120 credits in fields such as human resources, behavioral science, political science, or equivalent, as well as at least three years of work experience (no specific industry requirement). However, a requirement is that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. If you speak other languages, we view this as an asset. A driver's license is meritorious, as is previous experience working with integration in any context. As a person, you are communicative and inspiring.

We recruit continuously, and for the right person, there is an opportunity to start after the new year. We are open to discussing the scope of the position, between 50% - 75% (can increase over time). Preliminary working hours: 08:30 - 13:00.
