Who are we looking for?

We are now looking for a passionate chef who wants to work in a team where a service-oriented attitude and teamwork are at the center. With curiosity and enthusiasm, you create flavorful and well-prepared dishes with a focus on sustainability.

The role includes daily tasks such as self-control routines, having thorough knowledge of allergens and being able to account for all ingredients, receiving goods, and waste management.

At Flavour, we are a small team that sets up a buffet for our guests daily, using a weight-based concept starting with two main dishes and numerous toppings.

About Flavour

Flavour is a lunch restaurant based on a weight-based concept – guests pick from the buffet and then weigh their plate. No waste – smart!

In addition to Flavour, we also operate the restaurants World of Food and Seven Seasons, located within a 100-meter radius, where we collaborate closely between units.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old.
• You have prior experience in restaurant work.
• You have the ability to plan and structure work efficiently.
• You take responsibility, driven by your passion, to maintain a high level of service and quality in what you deliver.
• You understand your impact on guest satisfaction, are positive, stress-resistant, and easy to collaborate and communicate with.
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role.
• You speak and write Swedish.
