About the role

Are you looking for a part-time job in the most beautiful surroundings of the archipelago? Do you love meeting and serving people? Then the role of Spareceptionist at Smådalarö Gård Hotel & Spa might be for you! As an important part of our team, you will be the face of our guests and ensure their stay is memorable. Your duties will include not only checking guests in and out, but also guiding them through our various facilities and helping them get the most out of their stay with us. You will also have the opportunity to work with upselling from our bar and shop, as well as handling bookings for our various services and activities.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in hotel reception or similar, and who is passionate about delivering world-class service. We would appreciate it if you have knowledge of booking systems such as BRP, WR, Spectra, or similar. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have a driver's license and access to a car. We need a responsible, solution-oriented, and extremely service-minded person who sees every interaction as an opportunity to create magic for our guests. You are a team player who loves to identify opportunities and act quickly in different situations with a focus on order and structure.

In this role, you have the authority to make every guest experience special by ensuring their welcome and joy. Your enthusiasm and commitment to fulfilling Sabis's vision and customer promise are of great importance. The workday is varied and flexible, including work on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and during major holidays. The position is part-time, every other weekend and during major holidays, and is a permanent employment with start date as agreed.
