About Rimaster

Rimaster is a technology company located in Rimforsa, developing and producing advanced electrical systems, cabling, and electrical cabinets for international customers in the special vehicles and industrial sectors. Approximately 170 employees work together here in a modern production environment where quality, teamwork, and development are at the forefront.

We are now looking for more people who want to learn the trade of cable assembler. You do not need prior experience as an assembler. The most important thing is that you enjoy practical work, want to learn new things, and have a desire to develop.

Your Responsibilities

At Rimaster, you will receive an introduction and training from the ground up. You will become part of a team where experienced colleagues support you in your work and help you grow into the role.

In the long term, you will work practically with building and assembling cables for advanced electrical systems based on drawings, wiring diagrams, and instructions. The work takes place in production alongside colleagues, where quality, precision, and collaboration are key parts of daily life.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Assembly of cables and electrical components
• Reading drawings and instructions
• Crimping and simple soldering
• Quality control and self-inspection
• Troubleshooting and improvement work
• Collaboration with colleagues in production

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who appreciates practical work and has a solid interest in technology. You work carefully and systematically, enjoy following instructions, and like solving problems. As a person, you are positive, responsible, and contribute to good teamwork.

We believe you:

• Want to develop and learn something new
• Contribute a positive attitude to the team
• Can read and understand instructions in Swedish and English

Previous experience from industry, assembly, or electrical work is meritorious but not a requirement.
