Do you want to take overall responsibility for a comprehensive global transformation project within payroll? We are now looking for an experienced project manager who wants to drive the implementation of a global payroll platform in a complex and international environment.

As a project manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading and steering the implementation of a global payroll solution delivered as a managed service. The project covers multiple countries and involves ensuring a stable and compliant rollout across all regions.

You are responsible for the entire project lifecycle – from planning to execution and go-live – with a focus on governance, coordination, and follow-up. The role involves close collaboration with internal functions such as HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance, as well as external vendors.

You will also have a special focus on integrations between the payroll system and business-critical systems such as Workday and treasury solutions.

We are looking for you who are a senior and confident project manager with experience driving complex, international projects with many stakeholders. You are structured, communicative, and have a strong ability to create momentum in organizations where many parties need to collaborate.

You thrive in an environment where you are given significant responsibility and are expected to work independently with governance, prioritization, and problem-solving.

• Certified project manager (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)

• Documented experience leading global payroll implementations

• Experience with integrations between payroll systems and Workday

• Experience working with vendor management and supplier governance

• Good proficiency in project governance including RAID, stage gates, and reporting to steering groups

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

• Experience with treasury or payment systems (e.g., Kyriba)

• Experience with multi-country rollout projects

• Knowledge of information security, data protection, and financial compliance

• Background from larger consulting firms or international organizations
