ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for a Property Engineer/Project Manager for the Property Unit in Lycksele Municipality.

The Property Unit consists of about ten property caretakers, technicians, engineers, a unit manager, and an administrator, who work largely in groups. The team is characterized by a very good atmosphere and cohesion. Here, you will work alongside experienced colleagues while developing through your independent work. The unit's goal is to provide premises adapted to the operations of our tenants.

As a Property Engineer/Project Manager, you will be part of a group working with project management, inquiries, investigations, energy monitoring, procurement, as well as operation and maintenance plans for renovations, extensions, and new constructions in both small and large projects.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for you who are educated as a Property Engineer with additional training in project management and/or you who have acquired equivalent knowledge through experience in the construction industry. We believe it is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have education and/or experience in economics, contract law, and Base P/Base U. Competence development in the above areas can be offered and adapted to your conditions. A B-class driver's license is required for the position.

As a person, you have a positive attitude towards work and, with good interpersonal skills, strive to deliver solutions to our customers and partners. The role of Property Engineer/Project Manager requires your ability to independently take responsibility, structure, organize, and drive your processes towards set goals, while seeing the work group as an asset for exchanging experience and support.
