Hung Fat Trading is looking for an Office Administrator
Hung Fat Trading is a food wholesaler based in Gothenburg. We are now looking for a careful, structured, and responsible Office Administrator who wants to become part of our team.
Responsibilities
- Daily administrative work at the office
- Handling of orders, invoices, and documentation
- Customer contact via phone and email
- Work with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Simple design tasks, such as product sheets, labels, and marketing materials
- General computer management and administrative support
- Collaboration with the warehouse and sales department
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in administrative or office-related work
- Is familiar with working with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Has basic knowledge of simple design programs (e.g., Canva or similar)
- Is careful, organized, and able to work independently
- Has a good sense of service and communication skills
- Experience from the wholesale or food industry is an advantage
- Fluent in Swedish and Chinese (speaking and writing)
