Cold Bar Server at Lidingö Saluhall
On behalf of our client, Four Service is recruiting a Cold Bar Server for Lidingö Saluhall.

The pace can be high at times, but the atmosphere is warm, family-like, and helpful. About the Role

• The role is broad and varied, focusing on cold bar service, shop operations, and catering.
• Work is primarily scheduled on weekdays during daytime, with work one Saturday every other week.
• Start date is in August/September, according to agreement.

Responsibilities

• Production of salads, sandwiches, and cold bar products.
• Preparation and setup for shop and catering.
• Handling, preparation, and cooking of shellfish.
• Ordering and planning of goods.
• Customer contact, sales, and service in the shop.
• Catering deliveries and event preparations.
• Ensuring order, quality, and hygiene in production.

Experience with shellfish is an advantage, but not a requirement. There is great competence in the kitchen and a strong willingness to teach the right person who wants to develop together with the team.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience from cold bar service, café, catering, or similar operations.
• Are self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Enjoy working in a team and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Have a sense for quality, service, and presentation.
• Like varied workdays and a fast pace.
• Want to develop and learn more about food and raw material handling.
