Your Responsibilities

The role involves responsibility for programming and setting up machines, as well as ensuring a stable and efficient production flow within your own production group. The position also includes performing self-control of manufactured goods, marking after completed operations, and reporting any deviations and improvement proposals to contribute to the continuous development of the business.

Further responsibilities include:

• Preventive maintenance (PM) according to established plans and routines
• Handling of waste and chemicals according to current guidelines and safety requirements
• Contributing to resource-efficient production through responsible use of energy and materials
• Performing other workshop-related tasks as needed

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a CNC operator, preferably in heavy workshop industry
• Can read and interpret drawings and manufacturing documents
• Is skilled in programming and setting up CNC machines
• Is meticulous, self-driven, and responsible
• Has an eye for improvements and quality
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish

This position is a consultancy solution where you will be employed by Skill but hired as a consultant at Motala Verkstad. After 6 months of employment with Skill, there are good prospects for a permanent position.
