ACG Accent is now looking for a Key Account Manager/Salesperson who wants to contribute to developing long-term customer collaborations within labels and branding solutions. Here you will have a central role in a company with strong growth, high competence, and close collaboration between customers, product development, and production.

What does the role offer?
As a Key Account Manager/Salesperson at ACG Accent, you will have a business-oriented and varied role where you are responsible for developing both new and existing customer relationships. The sales process is project-oriented and solution-based, where each business case is shaped based on the customer's needs regarding function, design, sustainability, and logistics. You work closely with customers, internal project teams, and product development to drive businesses from the initial dialogue to the finished solution. The role offers great freedom under responsibility and suits you if you thrive combining relationship-building sales with structure and business acumen.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing existing customer relationships and creating new business opportunities
- Driving customer projects from needs analysis to implemented solution
- Identifying customer needs and creating tailored concepts
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including product development and logistics
- Representing ACG Accent at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
- Contributing to the development of the offer and strengthening the company's market position
The position is based in Borås, and travel occurs regularly, primarily within Scandinavia, but also elsewhere in Europe in the long term.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are business-driven, relationship-building, and thrive in a role where you get to work long-term with customer development and sales. You have a structured way of working, a good ability to drive processes forward, and feel confident in dialogues with different types of customers and decision-makers.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have experience from sales, key account management, or similar business-oriented roles - with elements of project-oriented sales and/or system sales. Furthermore, you have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, good system proficiency, and experience with the Office package.
It is an advantage if you have experience from the textile, fashion, workwear, or branding industry, as well as knowledge within labels, trims, transfers, packaging, or related products. If you have also worked with international customer relations or have additional language skills, we view this positively.
