Your Role
As a store sales assistant at Lidl, you play a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. - You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude towards changes
- You are at least 18 years old and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
What We Offer
You will work in an environment characterized by our core values: performance, respect, trust, down-to-earth attitude, and community. Since we are growing, you can grow. Fast. Within your role, or towards another. In the same location, or somewhere else. In the store, warehouse, or office. Locally, nationally, or globally. We support you on your journey towards more responsibility and new challenges. You will become part of a large team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and helps out.
The position is a summer temporary assignment of 20 hours per week, starting immediately, and lasting until the end of August 2026. Benefits include a wellness allowance, parental benefit supplement, and employee discount in our stores, as well as free counseling from psychologists, lawyers, and economists, plus numerous offers through our benefits portal. Naturally, you are also covered by collective agreements and a pension plan.
