Job Description

As a Coordinator for Requisitions at Sisjö Depot, you play a key role in ensuring that healthcare's needs for consumable materials are met through coordinated and customer-adapted deliveries, contributing to uninterrupted healthcare operations.

The position is part of a team of six colleagues at Sisjö Depot, Västra Götaland Region's central warehouse for consumable materials. In this role, you work operationally within your product area and are responsible daily for requisitions, master data, inventory optimization, order confirmations, delivery monitoring, and follow-up. You collaborate closely with our partners and other departments, participating as a logistics representative in procurement work together with Group Procurement. You ensure a high, quality-assured supply of important materials for the region's operations.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of Coordinator for Requisitions, you need:

• to take significant responsibility and plan your work in a structured manner.
• to thrive working both independently and in collaboration with others.
• to be quick with systems and work in a solution-oriented manner.
• to be meticulous, goal-focused, and quality-conscious.

You have a post-secondary education with a focus on purchasing, logistics, or economics, or other education that, combined with experience, is assessed as equivalent. You have good computer and system skills and are proficient in the Office package. We would prefer that you have a few years of relevant experience in operational purchasing or material control.

Experience working in business systems is an advantage.
