I am a woman living in my own home in Mora and am now looking for a personal assistant who would like to work as a substitute, when regular staff are sick or on leave. I enjoy being out in nature and also feel comfortable in my garden. Excursions and short road trips with my car are things I really appreciate.

The work is scheduled according to a rolling roster, which means that shifts vary between daytime, evenings, nights, and weekends. Due to my disability, autism, I need structure and planning in my daily life. Therefore, it is important that you are clear in your communication, both verbally and in your body language. To ensure we understand each other well, it is also important that you have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

A driver's license is an advantage. Since you often work together with a colleague, good teamwork skills are an important quality.
