Are you interested in technology and want to work with the cleaning machines and cleaning robots of the future? We are now looking for a Robot Technician for Skåne, who, together with engaged colleagues, will become an important part of our fast-paced operations and our ambition to change the cleaning industry and make a difference for our customers.

Short about the role

As a Robot Technician, you are one of the company's key faces to the outside world and have close contact with our customers. You have access to a well-equipped service van and service and repair both cleaning robots and cleaning machines on-site at the customer's location, but you also have access to our regional office with a service workshop in Malmö, where your closest colleagues work.

In addition to the practical aspects, the role involves building customer relationships and performing administrative tasks such as creating invoicing documentation and handling spare parts. As a Robot Technician, you are part of a larger service organization within OrboTech Group, with technicians from Malmö in the south to Gällivare in the north, supporting each other through regular meetings and a strong sense of community. Your district is primarily Skåne, but you may also need to perform service in neighboring counties and cover other areas. The position is full-time and permanent, with working hours on weekdays between 07:00 - 16:00.

You have great opportunities to plan your workday and travels yourself, but it is important to be flexible, as conditions and priorities can change quickly.

Who are we looking for?

• Has a helpful personality and a strong interest in technology.
• Has previous professional experience in installation, repair, and service.
• Possesses basic knowledge of electricity.
• Is computer literate and has good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has a valid B-driver's license.
