Technical Sales Representative at Curtiss Wright in Arboga

Curtiss Wright is now looking for a Technical Sales Representative with a strong technical understanding who wants to develop long-term with us. The role will challenge you both technically and within market and sales.

The Role

As a Technical Sales Representative, you are responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and customer inquiries to offering business proposals and providing technical support. You visit your customers in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Your key to success is the ability to interpret and communicate customer needs and match them against Curtiss-Wright’s unique surface finishing solutions. You will also participate in trade fairs and other customer-related activities.

You report to the CEO and work closely with the heads of Technology, Quality, and Production. You will become part of the company's management group.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on materials science/strength of materials, or equivalent work experience. You have a strong technical interest and are driven by making deals as well as creating and maintaining long-term customer relationships. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are business-minded, flexible, and persistent with great patience, as it is a long sales process.

Other Details

You will have approximately 25 overnight stays per year and need to be on-site in Arboga 2 days per week.
