Your Role

As part of our climate transition, there are constant changes to our processes and input materials for cement production. To make necessary changes and tests, we are temporarily strengthening our existing shifts. Our regular shifts consist of three employees working 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00 on a rotating schedule during weekdays and weekends. During this current development period, we need one additional employee as there is a lot of manual work involving measuring, weighing, carrying, shoveling, and driving materials. You will receive an introduction with a strong focus on safe work and get a glimpse of the rest of the production. You will become a crucial part of making our new method work, and we believe you will discover what a wonderful workplace we have and what jobs are available in the industry.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong safety mindset, who is meticulous and has high collaboration skills. Prior industrial experience is not required as we have both simple and demanding tasks within the shift. Requirements for the position include a high school diploma, a forklift license, and a wheel loader license (material handling). Our instructions and routines are in Swedish, and we need to communicate frequently to maintain good cooperation, so we consider good Swedish skills in both speech and writing to be a requirement. We are a large facility, and you must be able to work at heights.

Application and Start Date

We are looking for an employee who can start immediately until week 27. The shift work consists of morning, afternoon, and night shifts as described above. The position is a fixed-term employment for this shorter period, and there may be opportunities to work on new schedules later on.
