Job Description

About the role

We are currently looking for machine operators for upcoming assignments in Götene and the surrounding area.

As a machine operator, you work in production, responsible for monitoring, setting up, and running machines according to given instructions. You ensure that production maintains the correct quality, pace, and safety levels.

The work may involve shift work depending on the assignment.

Examples of tasks:

• Monitor and operate production machines
• Perform simple changeovers and adjustments
• Quality control according to routines
• Troubleshooting during minor breakdowns
• Documentation in systems or manually
• Collaboration with colleagues and team leaders

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work shifts
• Forklift license

Meritorious:

• Experience from industry/production
• Machinery experience or technical interest
