And we grow together. We are now looking for an engaged Sales Leader/Deputy Store Manager for our new store in Haninge, opening in Autumn 2026!
Your Role
As a Sales Leader/Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you are the Store Manager's right-hand person and have a key place in the store management team. You motivate and inspire the store team to reach their full potential every day and ensure that tasks are performed efficiently, correctly, and on time. You naturally participate in daily store operations and work together with the team to provide our customers with the best possible store experience.
The role includes responsibilities such as:

- Ensuring the store meets our core pillars of customer friendliness, product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and profitability
- Working target-oriented with the store's key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinating and organizing induction and further training for all store employees
- You also have overall responsibility for store operations when the Store Manager is not on site
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. You have good problem-solving skills and are skilled at planning and delegating tasks. You are driven by your strong customer focus and always prioritize the customer experience. Exceeding set goals and maximizing productivity in your work together with the team is a given for you. Furthermore, you are a good communicator and can develop the team and the store through feedback.
We also look for you to:
- Have a completed upper secondary education or equivalent, preferably with a focus on commerce.
- Fluently master Swedish in both speech and writing.
It is considered an advantage if you have previous experience working as a Deputy Store Manager, Store Manager, or Department Manager in the grocery retail industry or another service-oriented sector.
What We Offer
You will work in an environment characterized by our values: performance, respect, trust, down-to-earth attitude, and community. Because we are growing, you can grow. Quickly. We support you on your journey towards more responsibility and new challenges. You become part of a large team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and helps out. You receive everything from wellness benefits, parental leave supplements, and employee discounts in our stores to free counseling from psychologists, lawyers, and economists, as well as numerous offers via our benefits portal.
