- As a Store Associate, you take significant responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
- You ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy.
- Together with your colleagues, you focus on positive customer interaction, sales, and maintaining the highest quality. You become an important part of the chain leading to an inspiring shopping experience.
Job Information
Position: Temporary position as needed
Start Date: 2026-07-13 or by agreement.
Working Hours: Your hours will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Your Qualifications
Being interested in food and enjoying working with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. Below you can see what else is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:
- You should be good at working in a team, be meticulous, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store. This means you are service- and sales-oriented, but also have an eye for both details and the big picture.
In reference to the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under the age of 16 due to the nature of the tasks.
